Foundational Doctrines and Biblical Positions
I. THE NATURE OF GOD AND HIS KINGDOM
The Triune God
We believe in one God eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Each person of the Trinity is fully God, co-equal and co-eternal, yet one in essence and purpose.
Biblical Foundation: Matthew 28:19, 2 Corinthians 13:14, John 1:1-14
The Kingdom of God
We believe that the Kingdom of God is the central message of Scripture and the primary focus of Jesus' teaching. The Kingdom represents God's sovereign rule and reign, both present now in the hearts of believers and coming in fullness when Christ returns. Our calling is not merely to "go to heaven when we die" but to become active participants in establishing God's Kingdom rule on earth. We believe CHRIST MANIFESTED IN USis the only hope for humanity for the end-times.
Biblical Foundation: Matthew 6:10, Luke 17:20-21, Revelation 11:15
The Kingship of Jesus Christ
We believe Jesus Christ is not just Savior but King of Kings and Lord of Lords. He is the rightful ruler of all creation, and His Kingdom is everlasting. We acknowledge His absolute authority and lordship over every area of life.
Biblical Foundation: Revelation 19:16, 1 Timothy 6:15, Philippians 2:9-11
II. SALVATION AND SONSHIP
The Nature of Salvation
We believe salvation is far more than "fire insurance" or escape from hell. Salvation is:
- Deliverance from sin, death, and the kingdom of darkness
- Transformation into the image and likeness of Christ
- Adoption as sons and daughters of the Most High God
- Restoration to our original created purpose as image-bearers and kingdom representatives
- Empowerment to reign with Christ in this age and the age to come
Salvation begins with confession and faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, but continues as a lifelong journey of sanctification and maturation into sonship.
Biblical Foundation: Romans 10:9-10, 2 Corinthians 5:17, Ephesians 1:5, Romans 8:14-17, 2 Peter 1:3-11
From Believers to Sons of Light
We believe God's ultimate purpose is not merely to save us FROM something (hell) but TO sonship and co-rulership. The Father is raising up mature sons and daughters—"Sons of Light"—who will:
- Walk in their identity as heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ
- Exercise spiritual authority over darkness
- Represent the Father's character and values on earth
- Take back the world from the king of darkness and Prepare to rule and reign with Christ in His millennial kingdom and beyond
Not all believers automatically walk as Sons of Light. This requires intentional discipleship, transformation, and the development of Christ-like character.
Biblical Foundation: Romans 8:19, Galatians 4:1-7, 1 Thessalonians 5:5, Ephesians 5:8, Revelation 2:26-27, 2 Timothy 2:12
The Process of Maturation
We believe spiritual growth follows biblical patterns:
- Babies in Christ - New believers requiring spiritual milk (1 Corinthians 3:1-2)
- Children of God - Growing believers learning obedience (1 John 2:12-14)
- Sons/Daughters - Mature believers walking in identity and authority (Galatians 4:1-7)
- Heirs - Those who will inherit and rule in the Kingdom (Romans 8:17)
Our goal is to facilitate this maturation process through kingdom-focused teaching and discipleship.
Biblical Foundation: Hebrews 5:12-14, Ephesians 4:11-16, 1 Corinthians 13:11
III. BAPTISM AND SPIRITUAL REBIRTH
Water Baptism
We believe water baptism is:
- A commandment given by Jesus to all believers
- A public declaration of faith in Christ and identification with His death, burial, and resurrection
- A covenant act marking entrance into the visible body of Christ
- Symbolic of death to the old life and resurrection to new life in Christ
We practice baptism by full immersion for believers who have made a conscious decision to follow Christ. While baptism does not save, it is an essential act of obedience and public testimony.
Biblical Foundation: Matthew 28:19-20, Acts 2:38, Romans 6:3-4, Colossians 2:12
The Baptism of the Holy Spirit
We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit as a distinct experience following salvation, empowering believers for:
- Kingdom service and ministry
- Spiritual warfare and authority over darkness
- Manifestation of spiritual gifts for edifying the body
- Power to be witnesses for Christ
We encourage all believers to seek the fullness of the Holy Spirit and to walk continually filled and led by the Spirit.
Biblical Foundation: Acts 1:8, Acts 2:1-4, Acts 19:1-6, Ephesians 5:18, 1 Corinthians 12:7-11
Baptism of Fire
We believe in a purifying work of the Holy Spirit that burns away impurities, refines character, and prepares believers for greater service and authority. This refining process is essential for those who will rule and reign with Christ.
Biblical Foundation: Matthew 3:11, Malachi 3:2-3, 1 Peter 1:6-7, Hebrews 12:29
IV. THE HEBREW ROOTS OF FAITH
Connection to Israel and the Covenants
We believe:
- Christianity is rooted in Hebrew covenant relationship with God
- The Old and New Testaments form one unified story of redemption
- Gentile believers have been grafted into the commonwealth of Israel through faith in the Jewish Messiah
- Understanding Hebrew language, culture, and biblical context enriches our faith and reveals deeper Kingdom truths
We honor the Jewish roots of our faith while recognizing that salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone, not by works of the law.
Biblical Foundation: Romans 11:17-24, Ephesians 2:11-22, Matthew 5:17-18, John 4:22
The Significance of Hebrew Understanding
We believe that understanding Hebrew concepts, names, and cultural context:
- Reveals deeper meanings in Scripture that are lost in translation
- Connects us to God's redemptive story from creation to consummation
- Illuminates Kingdom principles embedded in Jewish feasts, symbols, and practices
- Enriches our worship and understanding of God's character
We encourage the study of Hebrew roots while avoiding legalism or replacement theology.
Biblical Foundation: 2 Timothy 2:15, Psalm 111:2, Proverbs 25:2
V. THE RAPTURE AND END TIMES
The Second Coming of Christ
We believe Jesus Christ will physically and visibly return to earth in power and glory. His return will be:
- Personal and visible - Every eye will see Him (Revelation 1:7)
- Glorious and triumphant - He comes as conquering King (Revelation 19:11-16)
- Sudden and unexpected - Like a thief in the night to the unprepared (1 Thessalonians 5:2)
- Preceded by signs - Birth pangs and prophetic fulfillments (Matthew 24:3-31)
Biblical Foundation: Acts 1:11, Matthew 24:30, Revelation 1:7
The Pre-Wrath Rapture of only the prepared Bride Position
We hold to a Pre-Wrath Rapture view, which teaches:
The Rapture will occur:
- After the breaking of the sixth seal (Revelation 6:12-17)
- Before God's wrath is poured out (the seven trumpets and bowls)
- During the Great Tribulation, but believers are protected from God's wrath, not from tribulation or persecution
- At the last trumpet when the dead in Christ are raised and living believers are transformed (1 Corinthians 15:51-52, 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17)
Key Distinctions:
- Tribulation (testing, persecution from the world and Satan) vs. Wrath (God's judgment on the wicked)
- Believers are promised tribulation (John 16:33) but are delivered from God's wrath (1 Thessalonians 5:9)
- We believe the church includes outer court believers, anointed believers, SON of light and the bride. Although the whole church will face persecution and martyrdom during the end times, Only the bride will be raptured. The SONS of light will still be present to protect the anointed believers and anyone who come to them. There will be a huge number of basic believers who will be overcome by the antichrist. The very essence of Joseph Ministries lies in saving as many people as possible alive to stand before THE LORD in the second coming.
- Biblical Foundation: Matthew 24:29-31, Revelation 6:12-17, Revelation 7:9-14, 1 Thessalonians 5:9, 2 Thessalonians 2:1-4
The Great Tribulation
We believe:
- A period of unprecedented tribulation will come upon the earth when the visible structure of the church will disappear (Matthew 24:21). The church will go underground or silent.
- The Antichrist will arise and demand worship (2 Thessalonians 2:3-4)
- Many believers will face persecution, and some will be martyred for their faith (Revelation 13:7-10)
- This tribulation serves to:
- Purify and refine the church (Malachi 3:2-3)
- Bring judgment on the wicked world system
- Bring Israel to recognition of their Messiah (Zechariah 12:10)
- Separate true believers from false professors
Biblical Foundation: Daniel 12:1, Matthew 24:15-28, Revelation 13:1-18
VI. THE ROLE OF SONS OF LIGHT IN THE END TIMES
Identity and Calling
We believe that in the last days, God is raising up a company of mature believers—Sons of Light—who are:
- Awake and sober while the world sleeps in darkness (1 Thessalonians 5:4-8)
- Equipped with spiritual authority to overcome the enemy (Luke 10:19)
- Prepared for spiritual warfare against the forces of darkness (Ephesians 6:10-18)
- Walking in holiness and bearing the image of Christ (2 Corinthians 3:18)
- Filled with the Spirit and operating in Kingdom power (Acts 1:8)
- Having fulfilled the above requirements, They will take their unique roles in the society, business and churches to cooperate with The other SONS of light to bring about GOD’s Kingdom on earth.
Biblical Foundation: Ephesians 5:8-14, 1 Thessalonians 5:5, John 12:36, Matthew 5:14-16
The 12 Tribes and Kingdom Roles
We believe that just as Israel had 12 tribes with distinct roles and functions, the Sons of Light manifest different callings and attributes that together form a complete Kingdom representation:
The principle of diverse unity:
- Different believers carry different tribal traits and kingdom assignments
- Each "tribe" has unique strengths, anointings, and responsibilities
- Together they form a complete army of light prepared for end-times purposes
- Understanding your tribal identity helps you walk in your Kingdom calling
These distinctions help believers understand their unique role in God's Kingdom purposes.
Biblical Foundation: Romans 12:4-8, 1 Corinthians 12:12-27, Revelation 7:4-8, Numbers 1-2 (tribal organization)
Spiritual Warfare and Authority
We believe Sons of Light are called to:
- Stand against principalities and powers (Ephesians 6:12)
- Enforce Christ's victory over Satan (Colossians 2:15)
- Exercise authority over demonic forces (Mark 16:17)
- Advance the Kingdom through spiritual ,fiancial and physical battle (Matthew 11:12)
- Protect the weak and vulnerable from spiritual attack
- Occupy until Christ returns, establishing Kingdom rule (Luke 19:13)
Biblical Foundation: 2 Corinthians 10:3-5, James 4:7, Luke 10:19, Matthew 16:19
The Sons of Darkness
We believe there is a real spiritual conflict between two kingdoms:
- Kingdom of Light (God's rule) vs. Kingdom of Darkness (Satan's rebellion)
- Sons of Light (believers walking in truth) vs. Sons of Darkness (those serving evil, knowingly or unknowingly)
The Sons of Darkness include:
- Demonic forces - Fallen angels and evil spirits
- Human agents - Those who consciously serve Satan's agenda
- Deceived masses - Those unknowingly enslaved to darkness through deception
- Systems of wickedness - Political, economic, and religious structures opposed to God
Our warfare is not against people (flesh and blood) but against the spiritual forces directing them. We fight to:
- Rescue those trapped in darkness
- Expose demonic deception and lies
- Dismantle systems of wickedness
- Establish God's righteous rule in the hearts of the people of GOD.
Biblical Foundation: Ephesians 6:12, Colossians 1:13, John 8:44, 2 Corinthians 4:4, 1 John 3:8-10
VII. THE MILLENNIUM AND ETERNAL KINGDOM
The Millennial Reign of Christ
We believe that after Christ's return and the defeat of the Antichrist, Jesus will establish a literal 1,000-year reign on earth where:
- Christ rules from Jerusalem as King over all nations (Zechariah 14:9)
- Resurrected and raptured saints rule and reign with Him (Revelation 20:4-6)
- Satan is bound and unable to deceive the nations (Revelation 20:1-3)
- Peace and righteousness cover the earth (Isaiah 11:1-10)
- Creation is restored from the curse (Romans 8:19-21)
This millennial kingdom is the fulfillment of God's promise to David and the culmination of the Kingdom message Jesus preached.
Biblical Foundation: Revelation 20:1-6, Isaiah 2:2-4, Isaiah 65:17-25, Zechariah 14:1-21
Reigning with Christ
We believe that the degree of authority and responsibility believers have in the millennial kingdom will be based on:
- Faithfulness in this present age (Luke 19:17-19)
- Overcoming spiritual battles and trials (Revelation 2:26-27)
- Character development and Christ-likeness (2 Timothy 2:12)
- Stewardship of gifts and opportunities (Matthew 25:14-30)
This is why becoming Sons of Light matters—it prepares us for our eternal role as co-rulers with Christ.
Biblical Foundation: 2 Timothy 2:12, Revelation 2:26-27, Revelation 3:21, 1 Corinthians 6:2-3
The Eternal Kingdom
We believe that after the millennium and final judgment:
- New heavens and new earth will be created (Revelation 21:1)
- God will dwell with humanity forever (Revelation 21:3)
- Death, pain, and sorrow will be no more (Revelation 21:4)
- The redeemed will live in perfect fellowship with God eternally
- We will serve and worship God in perfect joy forever
This eternal state is the ultimate fulfillment of God's Kingdom purposes—a restored creation where His will is perfectly done and His glory fully revealed.
Biblical Foundation: Revelation 21-22, Isaiah 65:17, 2 Peter 3:13
VIII. WALKING IN THE SPIRIT AND REST
The Principle of Divine Rest
We believe that Kingdom living involves entering into God's rest, which includes:
- Ceasing from self-effort and trusting in God's sufficiency (Hebrews 4:9-11)
- Abiding in Christ rather than striving in flesh (John 15:4-5)
- Walking by faith not by sight (2 Corinthians 5:7)
- Finding our identity in Him rather than in works (Ephesians 2:8-10)
- Operating from victory rather than fighting for victory
This rest is not passivity but active faith—doing what the Father shows us to do, empowered by His Spirit, rather than religious busyness.
Biblical Foundation: Matthew 11:28-30, Hebrews 4:1-11, John 5:19-20
Walking with God in Both Realms
We believe believers are called to live simultaneously in:
- The natural realm - Physical world where we have bodies and responsibilities
- The spiritual realm - Heavenly places where we are seated with Christ (Ephesians 2:6)
Walking with God involves:
- Spiritual awareness - Seeing beyond the physical to spiritual realities (2 Corinthians 4:18)
- Communion - Constant fellowship with the Father (1 Thessalonians 5:17)
- Obedience - Following the Spirit's leading in daily life (Romans 8:14)
- Authority - Operating from our position in Christ (Ephesians 1:20-23)
We learn to see as God sees, hear what He says, and partner with Him in His Kingdom work.
Biblical Foundation: Colossians 3:1-3, 2 Corinthians 5:7, Enoch walked with God (Genesis 5:24)
Visualization and Active Meditation
We believe in biblical meditation and Spirit-led visualization as tools for:
- Enthroning Christ in our hearts through focused devotion
- Renewing our minds with Kingdom truth (Romans 12:2)
- Seeing by faith what God has promised (Hebrews 11:1)
- Practicing the presence of God
- Spiritual warfare through decree and declaration
Important distinctions:
- This is NOT New Age visualization or "name it, claim it" theology
- This IS the biblical practice of meditating on God's Word and visualizing Christ day and night (Psalm 1:2)
- This IS setting our minds on things above (Colossians 3:2)
- This IS seeing with the eyes of faith what God has spoken (Romans 4:17)
True spiritual visualization is grounded in Scripture, led by the Holy Spirit, and focused on Christ—not on selfish desires or material prosperity.
Biblical Foundation: Joshua 1:8, Psalm 1:2, Psalm 119:15, Philippians 4:8, Colossians 3:1-2
IX. LOVE AS THE FOUNDATION
The First and Greatest Commandment
We believe that all Kingdom life flows from love:
- Love for God - With all heart, soul, mind, and strength (Mark 12:30)
- Love for others - As we love ourselves (Mark 12:31)
- Love as Christ loved - Sacrificially and unconditionally (John 13:34)
Without love, all spiritual gifts, knowledge, and even faith are worthless (1 Corinthians 13:1-3).
Biblical Foundation: Matthew 22:37-40, 1 Corinthians 13, 1 John 4:7-21
The Principle of Connection and Fruit-Bearing
We believe there is a spiritual law of attention and growth:
- What you focus on, you connect with - Your attention determines your spiritual connections
- What you connect with, you conceive - Sustained connection births something within you
- What you conceive, you bear fruit of - Internal reality produces external manifestation
This principle applies to:
- Positive growth - Focusing on God produces His fruit (Galatians 5:22-23)
- Negative consequences - Dwelling on evil produces sinful fruit (James 1:14-15)
Therefore, we are called to fix our eyes on Jesus, meditate on His Word, and fill our minds with what is true, noble, right, pure, lovely, and admirable.
Biblical Foundation: Philippians 4:8, 2 Corinthians 3:18, Psalm 1:2-3, Proverbs 4:23
The Golden Rule in Action
We believe practical love means:
- Doing to others what we want them to do to us (Matthew 7:12)
- Seeing from God's perspective in conflicts and disagreements
- Forgiving as we have been forgiven (Ephesians 4:32)
- Laying down our lives for our brothers and sisters (1 John 3:16)
- Blessing those who curse us and praying for enemies (Matthew 5:44)
This supernatural love distinguishes Sons of Light from the world and from religious pretenders.
Biblical Foundation: Matthew 7:12, Luke 6:31, Romans 12:14-21, 1 Peter 3:9
X. HOLINESS AND TRANSFORMATION
The Call to Holiness
We believe that Sons of Light are called to:
- Be holy as God is holy (1 Peter 1:15-16)
- Come out from the world and be separate (2 Corinthians 6:17)
- Purify ourselves from all defilement (2 Corinthians 7:1)
- Walk worthy of our calling (Ephesians 4:1)
- Be transformed by the renewing of our minds (Romans 12:2)
Holiness is not legalism or self-righteousness but the authentic reflection of God's character in our lives. It is the natural fruit of abiding in Christ.
Biblical Foundation: Leviticus 19:2, 1 Peter 1:15-16, Hebrews 12:14, 2 Corinthians 3:18
Dealing with Sin
We believe that while believers are saved by grace, we are also called to:
- Confess and forsake sin (1 John 1:9, Proverbs 28:13)
- Put to death the deeds of the flesh (Colossians 3:5)
- Walk in the light as He is in the light (1 John 1:7)
- Help restore fellow believers who fall into sin (Galatians 6:1)
Sin is serious because it:
- Grieves the Holy Spirit (Ephesians 4:30)
- Opens doors to the enemy (Ephesians 4:27)
- Hinders our prayers (Psalm 66:18)
- Limits our authority and effectiveness
- Disqualifies us from certain Kingdom responsibilities
Biblical Foundation: 1 Corinthians 9:27, Hebrews 12:1, James 5:16
XI. THE AUTHORITY OF SCRIPTURE
The Word of God
We believe:
- The Bible is the inspired, inerrant Word of God (2 Timothy 3:16)
- Scripture is the final authority for faith and practice
- The Holy Spirit illuminates Scripture for believers (1 Corinthians 2:12-14)
- All Scripture points to Christ and His Kingdom (Luke 24:27)
- God's Word accomplishes His purposes (Isaiah 55:11)
We interpret Scripture:
- Through the lens of Jesus Christ and the Kingdom
- In light of Hebrew cultural and historical context
- With the guidance of the Holy Spirit
- In community with other believers
- With humility and openness to correction
Biblical Foundation: 2 Timothy 3:16-17, 2 Peter 1:20-21, Hebrews 4:12
XII. THE CHURCH AND COMMUNITY
The Nature of the Church
We believe the Church is:
- The body of Christ - Organic unity of all believers (1 Corinthians 12:27)
- The bride of Christ - Being prepared for His return (Ephesians 5:25-27)
- A kingdom of priests - Called to minister to God and man (1 Peter 2:9)
- The pillar and foundation of truth - Upholding Kingdom values (1 Timothy 3:15)
- A family - Brothers and sisters with God as Father (Ephesians 2:19)
The Church is not a building or organization but a living organism—the gathered community of Kingdom citizens.
Biblical Foundation: Matthew 16:18, Acts 2:42-47, Ephesians 4:11-16
Kingdom Community
We believe believers should:
- Gather regularly for worship, teaching, and fellowship (Hebrews 10:25)
- Bear one another's burdens (Galatians 6:2)
- Encourage and build up one another (1 Thessalonians 5:11)
- Exercise spiritual gifts for mutual edification (1 Corinthians 12:7)
- Practice accountability and discipline when necessary (Matthew 18:15-17)
- Serve together in Kingdom assignments
The strength of Sons of Light is multiplied when we walk together in unity and purpose.
Biblical Foundation: Acts 2:42-47, Ephesians 4:11-16, 1 Corinthians 12
CONCLUSION: THE GREAT REWARD
We believe that those who answer the call to become Sons of Light and faithfully serve in this age will receive:
Rewards and Inheritance
- Authority to rule with Christ in His Kingdom (Revelation 2:26-27)
- Crowns and rewards for faithfulness (2 Timothy 4:8, James 1:12, 1 Peter 5:4)
- Eternal inheritance as co-heirs with Christ (Romans 8:17)
- The privilege of judging angels (1 Corinthians 6:3)
- Eternal joy in the presence of God (Psalm 16:11)
- Perfect fellowship with the Father and the Son (1 John 1:3)
The Joy Set Before Us
Like Jesus, who endured the cross for the joy set before Him (Hebrews 12:2), we press forward knowing that:
- Present sufferings are not worth comparing to future glory (Romans 8:18)
- Momentary troubles are achieving eternal glory (2 Corinthians 4:17)
- Faithful service now determines authority then (Luke 19:17-19)
- The best is yet to come - for eons and eons without end
Biblical Foundation: 1 Corinthians 2:9, Revelation 22:12, Matthew 25:21
FINAL DECLARATION
We stand as Kingdom-focused believers, not merely waiting for heaven but actively participating in the advancement of God's Kingdom on earth. We are being transformed from glory to glory into the image of Christ, preparing to stand before the LORD as mature sons and daughters—Sons of Light—equipped and ready to rule and reign with Him when He returns as the only Majestic KING.
Our lives are not our own; we have been bought with a price. We live for His Kingdom, His glory, and His eternal purposes.
"The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of his Messiah, and he will reign for ever and ever." - Revelation 11:15
Maranatha! Come, Lord Jesus!
These core beliefs form the theological foundation for the YARAH Life Educational Platform and guide all teaching, content development, and discipleship materials.
